A specialist in international sports law and a sports and entertainment executive. He holds a law degree from
Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City, 2006) and the FIFA Master (CIES). He served as General Director
of Atlante FC for seven years, a period in which the club won the Concacaf Champions League and qualified
for the FIFA Club World Cup. He combines high-level legal training with hands-on experience running football
clubs and an active international network across Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Latin
America.

A lawyer, board member and executive with more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance,
strategic transactions, financial law, restructurings and wealth preservation. He currently serves as Board
Member of Kapital Grupo Financiero and Director of Strategic Affairs and Institutional Relations for the
Executive Presidency of Grupo Autofin. He holds a Law degree with Honorable Mention from Universidad
Iberoamericana, a Master of Laws with a specialization in International Finance from Washington College of
Law (American University), and is a graduate of the AD-2 Senior Management Program at IPADE. His practice

criminal proceedings. Today he litigates in both the common and federal jurisdictions — as private defense
counsel and as legal counsel for victims — focused on protecting the freedom and assets of his clients. Based
in Cancún, Quintana Roo, he provides strategic coverage across southeastern Mexico.

An international sports lawyer, CAS arbitrator and UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector, with extensive
experience in football contracts, international disputes, sports governance and the business of sport. He
advises and represents players, clubs, agents, federations and sponsors before FIFA, UEFA, CAS and
national bodies. He teaches sports law and marketing at the Arison School of Business, Reichman University.
He holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the FIFA Master (SDA Bocconi, Université de
Neuchâtel and De Montfort University). Before founding his practice he was CEO of a football club that
competed in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, and a board member of the Israeli
Professional Football Leagues, with matters in more than 75 countries.
